It’s the holiday season, and while some of you might be done with your Christmas shopping already, chances are, most of us still have a few items to get people.

So here are four literary gift ideas I’ve come across over the years—great gifts for you to ask for or to get for the other book-lovers in your lives. (Note: I get absolutely nothing out of this post. I just wanted to share some things I’ve found that you might like. Enjoy!)

  • Literary games. From “Marrying Mr. Darcy” to “The Christmas Carol” board game, “Once Upon a Time” card game or “Boogle,” there are lots of great games out there that celebrate words and books. (I’ve played or given all four of these and can recommend them personally. Great fun!)
